Seeing Circles In Black Flared Dress

Let's start with this circle design at the bottom of the dress.  Circle cut outs, a handkerchief bottom, elastic waist, pockets, and sleeves!  We added another pop of color with a high heel blue wrap sandals and matching earrings.
