SHIPPING POLICY

After placing your order there is a processing time of up to 3 business days (Monday – Friday) excluding major holidays. We pride ourselves on fast shipping! When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days, after the order has been placed. Sometimes sooner! Average time to receive an order after placing and processing time is 5 – 7 days.

Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. At times, you may receive a tracking number after normal business hours or during the weekend. This means your order has been processed and will be shipped the next business day.

Please Note: that there are shipping delays globally, but we are working diligently to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time.  We ship using the address provided by you, addresses cannot be changed after order placement.

Delanae Boutique processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) & UPS. Priority shipping orders are processed the same day when placed before 11:30 a.m. CST. Priority orders placed after 11:30 a.m. CST are processed the next business day. Free Shipping orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Overnight and Express shipping take 1-3 business days. If your order is placed Monday – Thursday by 10 a.m. CST, your order will be shipped the same day.  You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2-day area. (Contact your local USPS or UPS office to check your area).  Overnight and Express orders cannot be shipped to P.O.Boxes. Orders received after 10 a.m. CST and Friday through Sunday will begin to process on our next business day.

Cancellation Policy:
Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. Please review your order very carefully prior to finalizing your order.  

Shipping Transit Times:
USPS ALERT: Certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.  If your order has a delivery issue, please follow up with the specific carrier. If you have not received an email with your tracking info after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder, before contacting us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout, when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address, on both the site and payment site. Also, please be sure your mailing address is complete and correct. (Including apt and house numbers), as we are not able to change your address once the order is completed.

Holiday Processing

  • Orders placed on or within 5 days of a holiday will be shipped via normal ground transportation. Please order to allow for shipping delays during this time.

Order Fulfillment

  • To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered, and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address, phone number and email are entered correctly. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If the package is returned as non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable for all returned or refused packages.
  • We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS.

Unverifiable Addresses

  • Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS or UPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.

Shipping To An Alternate Address

  • Because cardholder security is important to us, Delanae Boutique does not allow shipping to an address that is different than your credit card billing address. Any attempts to use a different address (such as a work/friend's house) will result in a cancellation and your order will not be processed.

Defective Merchandise

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 2 days at info@delanaeboutique.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues.

Refused Packages

  • If your package is refused or returned, you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package. Delanae Boutique does not issue refunds nor reimburses shipping fees for refused packages.

 Lost Packages

  • Delanae Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to USPS/UPS errors.
  • Delanae Boutique does not issue refunds or replacements for USPS/UPS errors.
  • Please contact your local USPS/UPS office to file a claim.

Reserved Shipping Rights

  • Delanae Boutique reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers' orders made on www.delanaebboutique.com at any time due to: Irregular or excessive return history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items or potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
