RETURN POLICY

We hope that you enjoy your Delanae Boutique purchase. All sale items are final sale!

We do not offer refunds, store credit only. When a store credit is offered customers are responsible for all return shipping cost.  Items purchased at a discount, sale/marked down, including Live sales, accessories, bodysuits, swimsuits, sequin, or embellished items, are considered final sale and cannot be returned and no store credit will be issued. Store credits must be approved prior to return of the item(s).

Please email us at info@delanaeboutique.com to receive an RMA number and return address information.  NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Store credits can take 7-10 business days to be processed. Upon receipt and inspection, we will email you a store credit code to use towards your next purchase, minus processing fees. The items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any odor, stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair or wear. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Should we suspect a customer of wearing the items, then sending them back to us, no credit will be issued, and we will no longer accept orders from the customer on our site.
